If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, unused items may be returned. It is possible to make an exchange or request a refund within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Items must be returned in perfect condition with the original packaging of ALL SWIM and with the same content with which they were sent.
Please make sure to include the original invoice with your exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Please note ALL SWIM is not responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges or for any loss of items during shipping. Exchanges or return fees are the responsibility of the customer.
ALL SWIM does not accept returns or exchanges on International orders that have not been accepted by customers due to not wanting to pay the tax fees in their country of residence. If a customer requests a refund and the package is held in customs in its way to our offices, ALL SWIM is not responsible for any customs costs, these will be paid by the customer.
